Pool Surrounds:

• Measure the length and width of your pool. (Or the edge length if not rectangular)
• Calculate the width (or if varies take several measurements and average them out)
• Work out how many sq M you have.  (See examples below)
• Don’t forget to add the extra for coating coping tiles and vertical edges to paths etc if you want to coat these too.

System:

Megatreat is all water based. It comprises Textured Primer Coat* (s), Topcoats (Limestone or Sandstone) followed by Sealer coat(s).

Typical Coverage rates

*(depending on surface) You can use ONE coat or NONE, to save money.

The Texture Primer Coat is designed to fill in the rough surface (Pebblecrete) and provide a smoother finish.

Using ONE coat will reduce the roughness but you will still see much of it.

Or you can OMIT it all together and just have the Pebblecrete profile showing through, and use the Limestone (or Sandstone) and Sealer coats.

So you can use:

• 2 x Primer coat, 2 x Limestone and 2 x Natural Look Sealer Coats OR
• 2 x Primer Coat, 2 x Sandstone, 2 x Natural Look Sealer or 2 – 3 x Satin Sealer Coats OR
• 1 x Primer coat, 2 x Limestone and 2 x Natural Look Sealer Coats OR
• 2 x Limestone and 2 x Natural Look Sealer Coats.

Example of Typical pool – Pebblecrete surrounds :   9 x 4.5 m.

So you will need:

• 7*x 10 Litres – Primer coat   (* see note above about whether to use or not)
• 4 x 10 Litres –  Limestone
• 2 x 4 Litres – Sealer
